In 2015 I finished school and I ended my rowing-"career" after missing the qualification for the U19 World Championchips and I actually finished my voluntary national service.
Finally almost everything I was used to is ending now and a new chapter of my life is starting.
That's why I seize this opportunity to explore the world and to improve my language skills before I start my studies. I want to meet as many nice people as possible and just make some unique experiences.

Some facts about me:
When I start my trip I will be 19 years old.
I'm a calm person, drink just little alcohol and do not smoke. I'm one of those who would prefer a bar or a pub instead of a club. I like doing sports like rowing, running, biking, swimming...so if you know some good running tracks, show me!

A little update:
I'm already in Canada and staying with a really nice guy in Toronto. It is the first time I'm traveling alone and also the first time I'm using couchsurfing and after staying a week in a hostel before I can really feel the difference. Staying with locals means to have the chance to get a totally different view on the city. Eric showed me around in some areas of Toronto I haven't heard about before, we went together to the theatre and I met a few very interesting people while staying at his place. I've also met people beside cs I've stayed with a few days and it was such a great experience even though the town they live in is really unspectacular:D
I learned that the experiences you make while traveling do not only depend on the places you visit but mostly on the people you meet. Now I started to understand what couchsurfing really is about and want to go on meeting at least as much different personalities as places I visit.

Intereses

I'm interestet in good movies and books, adventures in the nature and other people telling me their stories and experiences. It would be nice if you could show me some cool things in town or give me some advice.
If you don't want to be my babysitter please don't worry I am old enough to organise my day alone;)

Música, películas y libros

I love old rock classics from the 90's and 80's ...and some of the new music like Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Twenty One Pilots and Rise Against
And I usually don't listen that much to rap music but I LOVE Eminem!! (Best man ever!)

I've read all the books by Dan Brown (so great) and the Millennium trilogy by Stieg Larsson - and much more books that surely no one knows.

And films... 'Law Abiding Citizen' and 'Warrior' are really good ones! Of course there are so much more but I can never remember the titles of the really really really good ones (beside those two):D
