About Me

Hi all,
I am 23 years old. Working a full time job, and in school.
I like adventures. I want to visit new places and meet some cool people in the process. I don't want to stay confined to my little corner of the world. There's too much out there to be missed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel and meet new people

Find people who are interested in doing crazy adventurous things
Stepping out of my comfort zone

I believe that if you're going to travel, you can't check into a hotel room and block yourself from the culture that is surrounding you. Might as well just stay home.
You need to experience it first hand, and what better way than to meet someone from your destination, get to know them, and build a lasting friendship.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pretty much fine with any music. But my go to music depending on mood would be: Electronic (Trance), Rock, Punk, Metal
Favourite band: Greenday
Used to play drums, now I mix music. I've always been musically inclined.
Had a band in high school. Didn't go so well, but it was fun while it lasted!

Movies: Lord of The Rings (all 3)

As for books, I mostly prefer informative books, stuff about the universe, science themed books.
Not too big on novels but I used to be as a kid.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

sky diving?

Once drove for 7 hours with my best friend in the middle of the night to attend a music festival in NYC. When we got there the festival was cancelled for the final day. Heartbroken and in disbelief we drove back, only to get lost because our GPS lost internet connection. Eventually finding our way back on track we made it home after a total of 18 hours of straight driving. To this day we still can't believe the horrible luck we had, but this story brings laughs every time we bring it up.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like having conversations about pretty much any topic.

I can help someone learning French.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a fun positive attitude, and if something is crazy enough I'm most likely interested

I have no problem whatsoever in helping hosts with any housework while I am staying. It is the least I can do to repay the generosity of a great host.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cuba, England, France, Italy, Mexico, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada
