About Me

I'm Irish and currently travelling around Europe I left my job and home back in Ireland because I was looking for something new and exciting and decided the best way was by travelling, at the moment I'm volunteering in a construction site in Lisbon

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always wanted to travel and meet new people, and see new places but through people that have lived there and not as a tourist. I'm very keen on learning about the history and cultures of different countries and cities as such, at the moment we are travelling and are looking for new friends,
As I'm currently abroad and travelling and not in Ireland my house is unable to take any guests but anyone who meets up with us and offers us a place to stay, will always have a place to stay once I am back in Ireland 😊

Interests

Music, Art, Cooking, DJ'ing I love going out and meeting new people especially at raves!! I have many interests and many things interest me I don't particularly find anything boring I love all instruments and just doing new things, And Judo & Boxing Because I think they require so much skill & technique and requires you to be constantly aware and trains more then just your body!!

Music, Movies, and Books

Techno and Trance are probably my favourite genres as I used to help in promotion and the running of events for these genres In my home city but I also enjoy many other genres variety is the key , Also a fan of Acoustic music love guitars pianos and violins, and the odd bit of gangster rap especially Biggie smalls, favourite book is probably the alchemist or martina Coles "the take". I enjoy watching movies but if I was to name a few favourites it would probably be Trainspotting, La Haine and City of God I love movies that highlight issues as well as raising awareness on situations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a head chef in a gourmet Malaysian restaurant and it might not sound amazing to others but for me I considered it a big achievement as I love cooking. I also ran and organised a printmaking workshop from my college with others from my class in which we helped teach people suffering mental and psychical disabilities and also young children and teenagers from economically deprived areas printmaking techniques ( I found the most therapeutic art form so thought for them it would also be of help ) over all I loved the experience and was great fun and worth while doing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach cooking along with a few other things, I can also share with you whatever I have and I will always offer and provide whatever I can, I mainly want to learn new languages and learn new recipes and cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My creativity and cooking, as well as my positive attitude and good vibes.

Countries I’ve Visited
