I’m a native Kansan who loves to travel, learn, eat, make art, read, hike and be in the great outdoors. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Washburn University with an emphasis in printmaking. I see myself as a kind, hardworking person who is open minded and respectful to all different walks of life.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm moving to Colorado from Kansas to start a new chapter of my life. I'm hoping to use couchsurfing while I look for a place to live. I think it would be a great way to meet people in my new home!

In general, I'm on couchsurfing because staying with locals when traveling makes me feel like I'm getting an authentic experience. And meeting these kind of fun, adventurous people really is what I remember at the end of the day. I've had some truly amazing experiences using CS that I will never forget.

When I get settled in my new home I will definitely open my home up to travelers looking for a place to crash/have fun/make connections. I can't wait!

I love creating whether it be 2D works on paper or something delicious in the kitchen. I've been cooking up vegetarian meals for 9 years and this year I transitioned to a completely plant-based diet. I am an organic baker for friends and family who want a homemade healthy cake for special occasions. I also fancy myself as a dancer, bicyclist, beer drinker, animal lover, gardener, and all around appreciator of life’s magic.
