Hey guys my name is Alex Orellana and I am an American who is from the suburbs of Los Angeles. I have a passion to travel around the world and learn more about different cultures. I love reading books in my spare time, hanging out with friends, and enjoy conversing with others. I consider myself to be a flexible person.

I am a easy going person to talk to and enjoy checking out museums, art galleries, and any historical landmarks. I am a huge fan of walking around and enjoy the nightlife. I also love comedy clubs and a good laugh.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well I will like to get the chance to come out of my comfort zone and be able to meet locals that could tell me something unique about their way of living. I believe that during my travels, the people of the country is what makes a journey much more memorable and something that you could retain for life.

Doing a cycling trip of Jeju Island, South Korea( August 2016)
Joined the waterfight on Silom Road in Bangkok for the Thai new year ( April 2016)
Did a scooter trip on the east coast of Taiwan.
Ate fried insects in Thailand
