Hi there guys! I am from a town called Bournemouth in the South West of England, however recently i have been travelling Spain, America and a bit of Portugal! I have a keen relationship with adventure which generally involves the outdoors, camping and the like! Do not worry though, if i come to visit, my muddy hiking boots will be left outside the door! xD I love music of all types and am the typical guy who loves to jam out to some great tunes with a drink and a smile! I try to bring positivity and good vibes with me wherever I go, only in hope that i get some back!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ok, well I am planning a trip to California arriving the 26th September. I will be out in Yosemite and other places hiking, doing some foraging, climbing if the opportunity presents itself (which it did last year, had a wicked few weeks with a group of guys) I will be looking for places to stay throughout November to the middle of December, however for about 6-8 weeks i will mainly be out camping in the sticks, keeping myself warm at times in the view of icy cliff and mountain tops! If people could offer me dates of when they are free to potentially host, I would be able to make a clearer plan of what i'm doing and when. Also, if anyone likes the sound of my trip and has nothing planned, feel free to join me on my adventure! Company would be most welcome!

If i don't get many responses, it will just elongate my time spent chilling in cool places like the redwood forest amongst the tallest of trees. I dont think that i have ever found a happier or more tranquil place than that!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently...? er.... I dramatically arrived 10 seconds before a very good friend of mine walked down the isle to get married, she was most impressed!

ok... its not that amazing though! I have been almost to every part of Spain within 2 years of my life, other than the northwest and in that time i have managed to pick up Spanish to what i would consider to be a good level having never studied! So there we go, i think that is pretty good (pats self on back)

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach:-

-Climbing (at a wall or in Yosemite)
-Guitar (not amazing, but could show a beginner some stuff)
-Some cooking dishes, my mum and my brother are amazing and i have some of their tricks!
-How to balance objects on your nose or chin ( I can even balance a wheelbarrow on my chin )
-How to beat your mates at No limit, Texas Holdem Poker. Home games and online.

I would love to learn anything useful put in my direction! Life is certainly for learning and skills are blessings, I would love to learn your tips and tricks!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be more than happy to bring a bottle of wine or some beers to a dwelling on arrival! If the hosts know of great places to eat, i would honor that knowledge and respectively invite the host for a meal! I am going to America soon and i know that it is a haven of delicious food so get me in the know of the unmissable spots, PLEASE! It is a big part of traveling for me!
