Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a funny story how I became a member, my girlfriend and I were stranded in Melbourne and met a kind guy on the street, we had a nice chat and he finally asked us, where we're staying in Melbourne. Nowhere. Well, he said, you guys wanna stay at my place?

So actually we went to Couchsurfing accidentally.

I think couchsurfing is a great chance to experience the real countries while traveling. You get in touch with local people, learn about cultures and make friends. And if you don't have the chance to travel, you can still be a part of it, by hosting travellers.

Interests

I'm a very activ person, I love every type of sports ( my favorites are football, swimming and snowboarding). But I also like it to walk and hike and see different places and people. I'm a passionate cook, especially the asian cuisine. I do a lot of music and try to collect music from all places of the world.

Music: I love all music ! Based on my work as DJ , I prefer different kinds of electronic music ( techno, tech house , deep house , minimal, dub , uk garrage ... ) , but I'm also into jazz , blues , rap , indie , rock and so much more...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled one year through Australia by car. I saw the most beautiful places I've ever seen, met interesting people from all over the world and did amazing things like diving with a manta ray.

I've learned a lot about myself and our world, the journey changed me and my opinion of life. I've learned how to live with less and that happiness isn't a matter of money.
