It’s a great platform to allow likeminded people to meet and share a cup of coffee or even their homes for a night, which truly makes the world that much smaller and more interesting.

Traveling by bus through the Balkans was such an eye-opening experience and made me want to explore countries even further afield.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’d love to learn to cook different cultures’ cuisines, learn new languages, acquire wilderness skills, and maybe share what limited knowledge I have with others. My partner has their own “wheelhouse” in terms of linguistic and culinary knowledge, and we both would love to learn from other places and people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We love cooking, hiking around the Southern Tier area (and Catskills and Finger Lakes), and checking out other cultural festivals.
