Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am backpacking across Europe from Mid-January to Mid-February. For most of my life the traveling I have done has been very touristy and in a bubble. I want to get out to meet people so that I can have authentic experiences in other countries.

I once saved a man from drowning when I was on vacation in Mexico.
