About Me
Hello! I am a 22-year-old, female-identifying human studying math and literature in university. I love music (playing, listening), reading, dandelions, being outside, and French poems. I am easygoing and always down for a good conversation. I am also clean, and respectful of other folks' time and space.
**I recently learned that I will be getting the chance to perform with Wilco (!!!!!!!), my favorite band in the whole wide world, at the Solid Sound Festival this June 27-30, and I really need a place to stay during the festival. Everything's been booked up for weeks because of the festival. So if you can help me out and lend me a bed, I will be forever grateful!**
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I travel, I find it's really easy to lose sight of why I'm actually traveling - to meet people, to see and learn new things, to find beauty. Especially when I'm alone, or staying in a hostel, I feel like I'm on the outside of something. But through Couchsurfing, I am reminded that there's a whole network of people who want to share their experiences, and who understand what it's like to be a traveler in a new city. So I guess I'm on Couchsurfing to spend time in awesome cities with incredible folks who are kind enough to offer their guidance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know what qualifies as amazing, but this past fall I went hiking in the Calanques in Marseille, France, these super steep white cliffs with beautiful little green-watered inlets down below, and it felt incredible to me. I had never done anything that heightening before.
Teach, Learn, Share
I spend most of my time studying math, reading and writing poems, and playing guitar and piano. So if you're hoping to learn more about the wild world of pure mathematics, or to have a cool conversation about literature or a jam session, then I would love love love to do any of that. I'm also vegan, which means that I know how to cook lots of dairy-less meat-less meals.
I will happily learn anything you might want to teach or share with me. Right now I am really interested in learning more about different forms of Buddhism, and also mindfulness, meditation and yoga.
