I am a 32 year old guy from the US. I love to hike, visit natural wonders, and go camping. I moved to Taipei to work on my Mandarin. I love to travel and can't wait to get around more of Asia while I'm out here over the next year. 我也說中文，所以台灣人，大陸人，馬拉西亞，新加坡人，香港澳門人，不說英文的話還可以這裡住！

I try my best to be the best person I can be. Sometimes that is easy, sometimes that is hard. I make my mistakes, but hey... I'm human :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I was in Japan I stayed in a hostel for 1 night while I climbed Mt. Fuji. While there I met a lot of people from all over the world who were traveling the world. When I was in Tokyo, I was fortunate enough to be able to stay with a friend I had met in 2009. After the trip to Japan, I realized that I wanted to open my apartment to travelers and help take the financial edge off of someone during the travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never couchsurfed from this website, but I have couchsurfed off my friends. Actually, I lived in my frined Justin's couch for 2 weeks when I first moved to NY 8 years ago.
