I'm part of a strange multicultural family: German Mum, Polish father, Ukrainian Stepfather, family owns an Italian restaurant.

So it doesn't come as a surprise, I have a thing for new people, countries and languages. Right now I am working as a freelance journalist, specialised in Central- and Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans. I try to travel as often as possible to the region to gather some material for reports. Besides work I always use these trips to learn more about the people and cultures of the countries I visit and try to explore as much as possible around there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing for over a decade already, while travelling around and I think it is the best way to meet new people, have a good time and get a glimpse a their lives. So I am always up for a coffee or beer while in your city or if you are visiting mine. Just give me a call!
