I'm a former US Peace Corps volunteer who has recently returned to the US to work. I've lived in many places over the years and above all I value good conversation and honest, kind people.

Life is what you make it. Live in the moment. All those other cliche phrases about being present and enjoying everything you do and making the most out of your days.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm still fairly new to the community; I've hosted a few of surfers over the last year and had some good and bad experiences, but overall I really appreciate and believe in the whole couchsurfing mentality. I believe travelling should bring people closer together by breaking down the barriers of the unknown; what better way to do that than to break bread with someone?

Interessen

service, running, debates, culture, yoga, cupcakes, laughing, being challenged intellectually, spiritually and mentally. I truly just love to travel and experience new things; I'm easily entertained and am generally happy to do whatever it is I'm doing in that moment.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Sitting in a bomb shelter in Southern Sudan, diving with sharks in Ko Tao, watching the sun rise over the Okavango Delta. lots of other cool stuff, I'll tell ya about it when you get here!
