ABOUT ME

I'm a recent graduate of the University of Rochester in upstate New York. I earned an applied math degree with a minor in music. I'm a singer-songwriter for piano and voice, and I love performing for anyone. If you have a keyboard I would love to show you a few songs!! I also enjoy being intentionally awkward, andsarcasm. I hate sarcasm.

One of my favorite things in the whole world is strangers and CouchSurfing is a fantastic way to get to meet people who are also at least mildly interested in people they don't know.

I would consider myself: an intentionally awkward, a musician, and an extreme anti-extremist (in that order).

I'm a sucker for key changes. And you if you understand that. Few things are more important than joy and honesty. Humility is dramatically underrated. Love is why we breathe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only surfed so far or met up with surfers, but I am finally in a position to host and would love to show you around Philadelphia if you have an afternoon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed just under a dozen times, but unfortunately I've never had an opportunity to host. I have only had positive experiences. I enjoy the CouchSurfer community because everyone is so open and willing to share their world and lives with others.

In addition, I couch surfed across the US in the summer of 2011. The trip is one of the top 5 highlights of my 22 year old life.

In the summer of 2012 I traveled coast to coast across the US CouchSurfing. My friends and I saw so much of a great country and made a few really memorable friends that we wouldn't have met otherwise. It was just an unbelievable experience that's hard to sum up in one little internet paragraph.
