About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Maintaining a heart centered approach in all my thoughts and actions.
Plan to spend 2017 in Mexico on a Sacred Medicines Pilgrimage of sorts.... working with the cactus, the mushroom and the toad. I am also a budding Health Coach and am pushing my business onto the next level in this realm too :)
ABOUT ME
Love learning new things, mainly the above in my 'Current mission'. Into personal development in all ways.. it has given me so much joy and freedom to enjoy life.. when before I was not. I am interested in the psychology that limits people from expereincing joy... and learning how to assist people to experience transformation. But also love to hula hoop, read, explore new places, exercise (yoga, swimming), dance (sometimes all night.. and the next day!) , listen to good music, meditation, eat good food, nature time... always the best.
PHILOSOPHY
Be easy on yourself and the rest will follow. No one is perfect and every day is a new beginning.
If it feels good... doesn't necessarily mean you should be doing it!!!
Honesty is the best policy

Teach, Learn, Share
My mother probably tests me the most! I learn an awful lot from her. But, yea people that are older. It takes time to learn lifes lessons so I always respect my elders. Old ppl often make me cry... :S ha! digress! Having been learning spanish (still not that great) I am really starting to value people who have patience, lots of it. I think it is a unbelievably powerful quality and I certainly enjoy meeting people that emit a calm and patient energy (but with the potential to be quite sporadic and random too por supuesto!)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking, conversation... free Doctor's opinion.. ha! p.s. I'm not so great with rashes!!!
