ABOUT ME

I'm an easy-going and optimistic single mum of 2 kids (18 & 13). I'm french and austrian, so I'm used to absorbing different cultures and languages.

I travelled a lot in Europe (Portugal, Spain, Craotia, Poland, Slovaquia, Bosnia, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Czech Rep, Switzerland, Italy, Montenegro...) with a camper.
I will go on with it, but I also want to meet more local people during travelling, to discover their way of life and culture.
I would also be pleased to host travellers, and share my way of living and helping them visting the nice region where I live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I host much more than I surf (because I can't travel that much because of kids going to school), but I enjoy both ! I also go often to the CS meetings, also organizing some of them... See you soon :-) !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I will never forget my first experience of couchsurfing with my daughter in London, in two great families ! :-)
I host more than I surf because my kids are both going to school, so I can only travel during scoolholidays or on week-ends, but it's allways a pleasure, and we keep in contact with most of surfers, that's amazing !

兴趣

Music (listening and playing), travel, hiking, running, circus (watch and trying to practice ;-) )...
And drinking a beer or good red wine with friends of course !!! :-P

Music :
I listen to the music all the time (TV is never on at home...) : tzsigan music, french music... We have in France a lot of new artists singing and playing only non electrical instruments, even if it's rock, I like that ! Les ogres de barback, Monsieur Melon, Karpatt, les ongles noirs, Yves Jamait, Chozparei...

Cinema :
After 10 years watching more films for kids :-)) I'm going back to cinema to see films. I particulary enjoy french films and Lars von Triers.
The last films I saw were "Intouchables" and "the artist", wonderful !
And I like all Kusturica's films !

Books :
Nearly no time to read at this time... :-(

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Most of my travels were amazing experiences ! I specially remember the kindness of african people in Tiebele (Burkina Faso), also they were so poor, they always tried to find the best for us, a bit comfort as we were travelling with my son (aged 6) !
Another amazing thing was my first fly (paragliding) alone, over a wonderful valley in the Alps (Samoëns), the silent in the air...
And great experiences are all the moments we are spending with my friends in a tee-pee we built, sitting near the fire, playing music and singing ! :-)

I can teach you how to make red berries crumble or tiramisu, and prawn curry. mmmmmhhhhh :-)
I'd like to learn how to juggle with clubs.
I wish to play music with you (I'm playing some piano, and I'm learning how to play accordeon).
