I am creative, open-minded and curious about different cultures and getting to know people from all over the world.
When I'm not traveling, I work on my research (in literature) or work as a travel guide (more traveling :)).
I love meeting new people, having good conversations and exchanging ideas and experiences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoyed very much having lots of couchsurfers stay at our apartment in Boston, where my amazing flatmate Bridgette organized it. For some time, I've also had the pleasure of hosting a couple of people myself at our apartment in Freiburg. In London and Oxford, I rented tiny rooms, making it impossible to have guests. I can't host at the moment unfortunately, but couchsurfing remains my preferred way of traveling since my most amazing travel experiences have come through the people I've met rather than the places I've been to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had exclusively positive experiences with many interesting couchsurfers staying at our apartment in Boston and in my apartment in Freiburg and love this way of getting to know people.

I have also had many amazing hosts during trips around the U.S., Canada, Burkina Faso, and England. They made my travelling experiences absolutely awesome and I can't thank them enough.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I lived in Burkina Faso, West Africa, for three months and it was a fantastic experience.
Being in Africa for the first time, meeting incredibly friendly, generous and hospitable people, and making new friends was more than amazing.
