About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to help foreign travellers, very interested in meeting others and chat for a loooooong time

ABOUT ME

I'm not really neat and tidy, but careful about any guests. A major talker, will bore you to death with endless topics about my country and questions about yours. Then I'll move on to technology and so on.

Have to warn you, I don't have a very clean and tidy house. I do clean up, but quite rarely. Will probably get to it more often due to CS :)

Oh, and of course I can show you around. But Bucharest is kinda weird, I get the feeling we'll discover it together!

PHILOSOPHY

This will be the subject of long discussions over soft drinks or hot drinks. And laughs. And Youtube clips. And photos and so on.
"If human beings are able to take a fresh look at themselves as well as the universe and change their rigid mentalities, humankind will make a leap forward."
Li Hongzhi

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm willing to talk to other hosts around here and really do "networking" with them, to make sure people in need of a host get one. And of course, host people whenever I can.

My Brazilian friend Adriano Pereira gave me a gift. I scanned it and put it here in his honor, as a gesture of gratefulness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Long before this website existed, I went in Northen Romania, in the town of Zalau, county of Salaj. Had nowhere to stay but managed to find a homeless person who stayed at a local "hotel" for homeless persons. Paid for some of the guy's meals, bought him and a friend of his a few drinks...was a nice experience. Used his bed and we slept in the shape of a T - he slept normally, lengthwise and I slept across the width of the bed, at the edge where his feet were.

Interests

Computer hardware, talking, travelling (can't afford it yet), passionate entrepreneur (will bore you to death with details about what I want to start), going to see my friends in Sankt Petersburg - Russia, Braga - Portugal, Nagoya - Japan, Copenhagen - Denmark, Stockholm - Sweden, Milan - Italy and a few locations in the US.

Also, game design and most importantly, spirituality.

Open question: can anyone find THIS motherboard:

Music, Movies, and Books

I didn't read much. But you should try "Headcrash" by Bruce Bethke if you haven't already.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm not really an amazing person. Or maybe I am, but that's for others to judge.
I haven't seen amazing things. Or I may have not considered them amazing, while they were.

Teach, Learn, Share

For now, I have no tricks to teach you. Will update this part!
