ABOUT ME

We are two female travellers from England, spending six months exploring South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. We are stretching a small budget and keen to really immerse ourselves in local culture. We've got a laid back approach which allows us to snap up great opportunities wherever we travel. We are massive foodies and as artists adore soaking up the culture in each destination- but similarly love a great night out or the thrill of a day of extreme sports. Most importantly though we have found our experiences to be shaped by the people we meet, whether they be locals or fellow travellers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted Couchsurfers whilst living in Istanbul.

One great guy I hosted whilst in Istanbul had set himself the mission of hitch-hiking from Poland to Australia, sure enough two years later we received a postcard from Australia!

Elephant trekking in the thai jungle.
Gaining our open water diving certificate in Koh Tao.
Floating down the river in Loas in a rubber ring.
Flying over the 12 Apostles.
Sailing the Whitsundays.
Off Roading (many times)
Surviving many Vietnamese night buses.
