About Me
CURRENT MISSION
After hearing many many stories from friends here in Munich and from others whilst backpacking in Laos, I just wanna find out more about couchsurfing and the 'interesting' people that inhabit here.
ABOUT ME
I was born in a small town in the north of England, from where I slowly drifted further south spending 10 years in Nottingham. Since then, to expand my horizons I moved to Munich in Germany where I feel completely at home and from where it's a fantastic base from which to travel the world.
I'm a pretty relaxed, easy-going person who likes exploring and meeting new people, cultures from all over the world. I'm equally at home in a nice restaurant as in a mega club in Ibiza. I love sports and I'm particularly into mountain biking - well I'd be daft not to be with those there Alps looking at me every day!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to here.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None - I just heard lots of interesting stories while travelling.
Interests
I'm often found out on my bike exploring the beergardens in the Bavarian countryside, so I guess I'd be a bit of an expert on cycling and more importantly beergardens. Other than that I play a lot of other sports, mostly football. As someone who doesn't cook much, I probably know more restaurants in Munich than most too :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
I can watch all sorts of films depending on mood, but I guess I like thinking films best - even if I often don't quite understand the end. Donnie Darko wtf?
Music - anything except R&B, Rap.
Books - Jack Reacher (ohne Tom Cruise), anything going cheap on the Kindle store.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's not particularly amazing but at the age of 36 I went backpacking for the first time and stayed in my first hostels. Needless to say I loved it and I'm intending on catching up on lost time as much as possible!
