ABOUT ME

My name is Alex, i am 24 years old, and grew up in Burnley, England. Located approxomatly 25 miles from Manchester. i am positive and easy going, and love to meet new people. i have trained as a chef, and have spent the last 4 years cooking in various establishments. ill happyily cook for anyone in return for the secrets of your countries cusine. im very much enjoying learning Turkish foods, as well as the way of life. i am looking forward to learning different cuisine's from all over the world. I am passionate about music, i play bass, drums, guitar and some piano, i also attempt to play saxaphone. i enjoy all types of music and love to see it played live. over this summer i plan to travel from Turkey to Kos, Rhodes, Crete, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Austria, Czheck republic, Poland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal. i will be travelling by interrail, as soon as i decided which pass i need to buy. i have also applied to work in the ski resorts of the alps, so if anyone lives in the area and wants to meet or go skiing, i will be there from november. i look forward to meeting as many of you as possible.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

ive seen a spaceship lauch on its way to the moon, and the 3 months i spent camping in Swanage, Dorset was amazing. i have jumped from the side of a ship into the meditterranean sea, it doesnt sound much but im scared of heights. i have seen the bright lights of Manchester, which is a beautiful city. and ive experienced the wonders of glastonbury. i hope by the end of the year i can write much, much more here

i can teach the english ways of life, hopefully help people that are learning english. id love to learn more languages, im currently attempting turkish and spanish.
i can teach the basic's of guitar and music.
i am also a trained chef, if you wish to learn to cook im more than happy to teach.
id love to learn cusine from around the world, any traditional dishes you can teach me will be greatly appriciated.
