My current mission! hmmm. Well, I would like to travel and see the world.

ABOUT ME

I'm very laid back, and outgoing. I like to laugh although I have been accused of being overly-sarcastic, but what better way to laugh at life. Right now, I'm busy being a working single mom. Taking my son to basketball practices, making him snacks for schools, volunteering for an at-risk youth group, trying squeeze in some time to work out, and my favorite: do a little traveling. I love languages and try to learn the local language whenever I travel. I've tried learning Arabic, Chineese, and Italian in the past. Unfortunately I don't have anyone to practice with =(, so that hasn't gone very far. I love meeting people, I have met a lot of great people in my travels, their advice has been very useful throughout the years. Can't wait to meet more here and see lots of great places. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed once with Talisa in NYC and had an amazing experience. I've also met with a few couchsurfers in the L.A area and gave them tips and ideas of places to visit.

My boyfriend is a book worm. He has taken over the coat closet and stuffed it with his books, therefore I have made it my mission to read them them all so we can get rid of them. They mostly include religion, philosophy. I also like foreign films and lately the Dr. Seuss collections.

Have a baby! Although I was very young when my son was born, that experience totally surpases anything else I have ever lived or seen. It has definitely been the highlight of my life.
