About Me

Covid Info:

I am three times vaccinated, so I am hopefully as safe as it gets :)

----
It's important to me to be open minded, not taking life too seriously and just letting it run its course from time to time.

In my daily life I am working as a software developer and I am often traveling between Klagenfurt, Linz, Hamburg and Saxony.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I enjoy meeting new people, hearing their stories, learn new things about life and maybe help someone out or give something back to them as a couchsurfer.

And of course it gives me a reason to clean my apartment ;)

Interests

I like to try out new things and get into new hobbies, while sometimes being kind of a nerd like renovating a castle and making my own beer :P

I enjoy visiting new cities, spending the summer at the lake or beach, being outside in the nature on a hike or bike ride, photography, AcroYoga and generally being in the Austrian mountains.

Music, Movies, and Books

I often go to small bar concerts to get to know new bands and spending my weekends on small local festivals.

Currently I am kind of in a historical novels and philosophy reading mood, but I also enjoy fantasy or sci-fi.

I am not much of a series guy, but I do love going to the cinema and also seeing more unknown movies as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favourite experiences is snow shoeing alone on top of a mountain and enjoying the wilderness and silence.

I also enjoy rather unusual traveling experiences, like going for a New Years Eve Trip to Pyongyang, North Korea, which was an unforgettable experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some AcroYoga basics, climbing, go hiking and exploring the sorrounding nature together, hopefully share some unique stories and of course also help out in any way I might else be able to and show you around Klagenfurt and Carinthia :)
