Communication, language exchange if needed (my wife and me are both of philological background, although my English is better than hers). Full respect of privacy. Professional cleanup if needed, or leaving everything as is, if you prefer (I have years-long cleaning experience).
Handyman services for free. I can fix many things at home if needed. Maybe some basic guitar lessons, although my style is specific and I didn't play for years. (There was a period in my life when I was busking for a living).
