Bored with typical hotels and rooms in journeys, I'm trying to find special things and people in each city. No doubt, couchserfing is the best way to settle into the life of the place and to get really familiar with it as well as to find friends all over the world.

The horizon of my favorite music, movies and books is quite wide: from classical masterpieces to avant-garde to the gems of mass culture. I would be happy to talk about those things forever :)

In music I'm intoxicated by everything connected to pust-punk, lo-fi, gothic rock and so on, especially I admire Russian bands from the emerging modern music scene.

Just to give a clue about my favorite films, here are the most valuable directors for me: Michelangelo Antonioni, Federico Fellini, Stanley Kubrick, Quentin Tarantino.

And I'm not going to write about my reading tastes, because it must take a lot of place and time :) Most notably, I'm a fanatic admirer of Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Friedrich Nietzsche and Julio Cortázar.
