Hi I'm Alex, a 22 years old student from Leipzig, studying in Mittweida. I really love nature, travelling and meeting new people. I used to play in a post-rock band for six years where I mainly played guitar and shouted from time to time. Beside my studies I'm working as a barkeeper in a techno-club which is a good source for some funny stories. In my spare time I love discovering new places with my motorbike, go bouldering or play volleyball.

I'd say that I'm a pretty active person, but I also love to just stay at a nice place with a nice coffee, beer or whatever and enjoy having a nice talk.

Couch surfing seems to be a great opportunity to get in touch with new people, be part of their life for some time (even if it's only very short) and thus, learn new things.

I didn't make any experiences on couch surfing so far, but I'm looking forward to it.

My favourite book for sure is Eiland by Aldous Huxley. My favourite music is pretty hard to describe as it depends on too many things. It ranges from very chilled and melodically techno, over jazz, blues, hip hop to hardcore. So pretty much everything except chart-music. Sorry for that :D
