Overview
About Me
I'm pretty enthusiastic about anything new I can try. Nature is a passion of mine, but I've never seen real mountains, which is something I hope to change ASAP. I always try to keep myself open-minded, believing that there is something to learn in every experience.
I like to meet people. Greet people. Talk. I'm a people person and that's why I feel very comfortable as a teacher. Besides that, I study translation and I hope to open my own agency one day.
Love to game. Computer or reality, always up for some competition and a way to test my own ability.
Besides loving competition, I love.. nearly everything. Feels weird, but I can find some joy in every activity, which is why I had applied to 7 different universities and programs, there's just too much good in this world.
I never say no to a cuddle with a pup or a cat.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Always wanted to try; never have.
I'm a people-person, who believes a little respect and kindness can make the world a better place. Everybody has their own story and it would be a pleasure to hear as many as possible.
The ones about your home town are usually one of the best, because they usually include not only facts, but also how the town has changed and how the perspective of the story-teller also has changed.
Since I have no permanent place of residency of my own, I cannot be taking guests, but I can always meet-up for a beer, a laugh or two, a couple of tips of what to do

Music, Movies, and Books
Indie-rock, hip-hop, rock, rnb, rock-and-roll, psychedelic rock, soul, acoustic music and much more. Always open to listen to something new.
Love to read or watch a good drama or perhaps something that makes you think about the world and yourself.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've managed to lose my wallet, get my phone blocked and got sick all in a week before my trip this summer. If that's not amazingly-awkward I don't know what is.
Teach, Learn, Share
Learning is my passion; by the time I'm 60 I want to have tried most of the pleasures this world has to offer. Plans include: bouldering on a more serious level, diving, sky-diving, bungee-jumping, surfing, emroidery, climbing Mt. Everest, and the list goes ooon.
I'm an English teacher, but I can also try to teach you some Latvian or Russian, suggest awesome places to visit within my country, can give a couple of tips for strength training and fitness.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love cooking! I don't know a lot about it, but enough to keep myself fed and healthy. If you have a recipe to share or cook together, I'm up for it!
