Self describing is a complicated task, let's see where to start. So, I do like learning smth brand new, and meeting people is one of the best ways to do it. Secondly, i like traveling, it helps you to fresh your head and return home with different mind. Another parts of me: i like and do many types of sports (mainly football, running, cycling, swimming), science, teaching (work as a tutor of biology and physics), learning new languages, hiking (I was in the mountains of the Caucasus several times, Altai, Crimea), idk why, but also etymology and paleontology.
Summing up, i would really like to meet you, because everyone we manage to learn makes us a little different, more various and understanding.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I am newbie here, but according to friend's stories there are so many interesting, inspiring people here, on CS. I like meeting new people, because they see can the world from another angle - and they can show it to you, whereas you can share your thoughts with them. As it said in one old russian cartoon "share your smile and it will come back to you more then once".
So that's why i am here, looking for cool people to share smile with :)

Música, películas y libros

So, music. I like different kinds of music, but i think my favorite kinds are britpop, indie rock and sometimes classic music. Favorite bands are The Killers (i can listen to "Hot Fuss" 24/7 and never get bored) and МультFильмы (little-known russian band, their style is similar to Oasis or Blur).
Films. I can watch all types of movies once for joy, but but for the second time almost all of them are not interesting to watch. These are my most beloved: Memento, Donnie Darko, Captain Fantastic, What Dreams May Come, Interstellar, Dead Poets Society, (slightly out of the list) Lord of the rings trilogy. and many others. Oh, and I almost forgot TV shows! Here they are: Sherlock (first two seasons), Scrubs (best comedy and sometimes very thought-provoking show!), The Knick, Avatar: The Last Airbender (there are many animated series in the list, prepare :) ), Over the Garden Wall (definitelly worth seeing! It's so short, so go and watch it now, if you haven't seen it!), Vikings, Black Mirror, Gravity Falls, Breaking Bad, Bron/Broen, Adventure Time and of course GoT - i am a Martin's fan.
Books. I am really into reading books, but last few years i don't have so much time for it because of studying. Anyway, there is the list of favorite ones: Stranger to the Ground (Richard Bach is the most inspiring writer for me, after reading all of his books i can't stop dreaming about becoming a pilot someday), The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Flowers for Algernon, Dandelion Wine and another books by Bradbury, A Song of Ice and Fire etc.
Upd 2019: Music - this year I started to listen more the Smiths, the Arctic Monkeys and some post-rock bands.
Films: The best movies that i've seen this year so far are Her, several Monty Python movies, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Song of the Sea, The Fool.
Books: Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality, The Planiverse, Watchmen, The Universe in a Nutshell, Lolita, Rationality: From AI to Zombies, The Feynman Lectures on Physics.

Idk. Maybe a hitch-hike trip Moscow-Altai (about 5 thousand kilometers) summer 2017?
Upd 2019: I suppose, a bike-trip through the whole Germany in Summer 2018 was harder. Hope that i'll have to update this section every year!
