Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to Couchsurfing, therefore I don't have many references yet. A friend visited me after his world-trip and told me so much amazing stories about couch surfing. I had my first experience as a couchsurfer in Amsterdam, summer 2015 at the place of a friend of a friend. After that I was totally impressed!

I would like to meet new people in different countries and cities. I think the best way to see something new and get to know places is by the help of locals. It just makes the whole travel experience way more authentic and fun.
