About Me

Hey, fellow couchsurfers! 🌍🛋️
I am currently on a whirlwind tour across France, Spain, and Portugal by trains and hitchhiking. I'm a Swiss bioengineering student savoring my last long summer break before diving into my final semester.

I like all kinds of sports/activities like tennis, swimming, bjj and many more that I forgot or just too many to count. I am also embarking on a journey to learn surfing. I've tried surfing once, and let's just say my relationship with the waves is a work in progress.
Apart from my entertaining encounters with waves, I'm a fan of all things active and outdoorsy, from skiing, hiking, and climbing to cliff diving and free diving.

I can also whip up a mean meal, too – or at least an edible one - and maybe watch too many movies sometimes haha

Let's swap tales of adventures, camping under the stars, and all the funny mishaps that we've experienced

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel I like to get the most authentic experience I can. I love to meet locals and find hidden gems that I wouldn't have known about by looking online.
I hope to meet many amazing people and make friends around the world!
And cheap accommodation for travelers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie: I don't really know. I have watched too many good movies. One that always comes to mind is Drive. But my recent favorites are The Before triology and Hot Fuzz

Music: I can listen to pretty much anything. I like all kinds of genres and music in general :)

Books: The physicists by Friedrich Dürrenmatt and maybe White nights

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One that comes to mind was the first travel experience I had when I was 15. Me and my friend went from Switzerland to Amsterdam by bike.
Also swimming with sharks in Australia was quite nice too :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Depends what you are interested in.
I can teach you how to speak Swiss German (a funny sounding version of german) or any of the languages I speak.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Unfortunately, I do not have any Swiss chocolate left. But I can make quite delicious vegan pancakes. I am not really vegan, but they are better than normal ones imo 😋

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Switzerland
