Overview
About Me
Born in Detroit and raised in Houston but I've lived in Austin for the past decade or so. I went to school for audio engineering and recording out in Arizona and now I freelance for clubs, venues and private events throughout Texas. Proud dog dad who loves to travel, listen to podcasts, cook, bake and learn new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I gave Michael Ian Black a hug after a stand-up gig in Austin, TX.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love fixing and repairing things. Every weekend, I am mixing a live band, in it's essence it's controlled chaos, of which I am (usually) solely responsible for controlling. I am often at the first line of assisting tired, nervous and stressed touring musicians, most of which just need a welcoming smile and a hand with the door, others that require a little more direction sometimes need some "coaching". This is a task that requires a firm but gentle hand, in addition to a flexible open mind. Every day I go to work, I am a technician, mentor, mediator, educator, and house liaison for a group of individuals whom I always treat as guests on all of my stage(s). I openly pass on my extensive knowledge of the mechanics of musical performance, as opposed to "keeping my tricks in the bag". Without belaboring my players with too much technical information, I freely provide anyone willing to listen with better or best practices, and better ways to communicate their needs as developing musicians to their other sound professionals in a simple and effective manner (a Herculean effort, to say the least) In addition to my experience as a professional audio engineer, I worked for 5 years moonlighting as a professional chef both in fine dining and impromptu catering settings, so I'm always happy to put my knife skills to good use if anyone ever needs a hand in the kitchen :]
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can help with English fluency, I'm a pro at cooking and baking, plus I provide assistance with live audio, live music or music recording, setting up audio systems, help with chores/cleaning and good company to talk about our travels!
