Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Я считаю каучсерфинг хорошей идей потому что он действительно помогает людям, объединяет людей, делает этот мир лучше, а это ведь действительно замечательно.
Я сам очень люблю путешествовать и постоянно езжу в разные местонаправления и прекрасно понимаю, как бывает нелегко далеко от дома, как может не хватать на гостиницу или не быть свободного номера, какие могут возникнуть сложности у приезжего, а так же ещё хорошо знаю как сильно может измениться впечатление от посещения нового места если провести какое-то время с местными интересными людьми, которые покажут город не только туристическими тропами, но и дворами, углами, закоулками, неприметными особенностями.
Все мы любим путешествовать, общаться с людьми, обмениваться информацией и знаниями, узнавать и учиться новому. Каучсерфинг это прекрасная возможность познакомиться с новыми интересными людьми и получить ещё больше удовольствия от путешествия или помочь кому-то с путешествием.
Вот поэтому я и на каучсёрфинге - потому-что это здорово!:)

We all love to travel, communicate with people, share information and knowledge, learn and learn new things. Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet new interesting people and get even more pleasure from traveling or to help someone with the trip.

Interests

В целом, я интересуюсь всем, что меня окружает и тем, что находится далеко и чем хотелось бы себя окружить.
Думаю, что количество моих интересов ничем не ограничено. Да и зачем себя ограничивать в знаниях и навыках. Ведь, чем больше знаешь и умеешь - тем больше хочется узнать и научиться.
Очень много знает человечество, но гораздо больше оно ещё не знает и не может.
Тем не менее, мои основные интересы это информационные технологии (и технологии в целом), а так же искусство в некоторых его проявлениях - музыка, кино и литература, большую роль в жизни занимает спорт, а так же саморазвитие, посещение новых мест и заведение новых знакомств.
Так же, в принципе, люблю что-нибудь готовить :)

In general, I am interested in everything that surrounds me and what is far away and what I would like to surround myself with.

Music, Movies, and Books

Я считаю, что не жанр определяет хорошая музыка или плохая, а то какие эмоции она вызывает у слушателя.
Я люблю фразу "красота в глазах смотрящего", я думаю, что и в его ушах тоже. Бессмысленно спорить о хороших и плохих жанрах, у каждого свой набор ценностей и ориентиров в этой жизни, исходя из которых складываются вкусовые предпочтения.
Я мог бы перечислять тут сотню исполнителей, при этом ещё и про каждого из них хотел бы написать целое полотно текста, но зачем. Главное, знайте - музыку я люблю. Особенно на виниловых пластинках, которых у меня есть скромных размеров коллекция (всего в районе сотни экземпляров), винил одна из моих особенных, персональных страстей.
Другая персональная музыкальная страсть - это концерты. Я обожаю живую музыку. Люблю и собираю концертные записи множества исполнителей.
Если взять группу всей жизни, то это - Metallica. Ко мне вполне подходит знаменитая фраза "Born School Metallica Death", но я не зануда металлист, который будет круглые сутки пилить вас своим тяжёлым металлом. Но, знайте, Metallica это совершенно особенная любовь, это нечто вне этого мира, выше и значимее всего остального.
С другой стороны, я, например, со слезами на глазах слушаю Джони Кэша и знаю половину его песен наизусть или же раз за разом слушаю Кендрика Ламара, так что, думаю, в этом плане со мной не заскучаешь :)

Книги стоят особняком. В детстве и класса до 11го я читал всегда всю школьную программу и ещё в добавок десятки стопок книг. Сейчас с этим похуже и зачастую книги всё больше профессионального характера или какие-нибудь обязательно полезные.
Но всё же среди любимых книг могу выделить такие как - Нил Стивенсон "Криптономикон", "Лекции по теории графов", Дональд Кнут "Искусство программирования для эвм. Том 4: Сортировка и поиск", Эрнест Хэмингуэй "Прощай, Оружие!", Виктор Гюго "Отверженные", "Собор Парижской Богоматери", Джим Кэррол "дневники Баскетболиста", Гривадий Горпожакс "Джин Грин - неприкасаемый", «Облик книги» Яна Чихольда, "Интерфейс: новые направления в проектировании компьютерных систем" Джефа Раскина, "Бедные люди" Достоевского и другие :)

Компьютерные игры это другая страсть, которая сидит где-то внутри и ждёт своего часа. В этом плане я довольно старомоден, мои любимые игры это Half-Life (всевозможный), Condemned, NFS: porshe, flat out 2, quake, quake 2, gta и другие, теперь уже, старые игры =)

Спорт - Бег, Тяжелая атлетика, большой теннис и настольный, баскетболл.

В настоящее время современным культурным феноменом я считаю сериалы, которые выходят в последние годы. По качеству они во многом укладывают на лопатки "большой экран", среди любимых - Секретные материалы, Фарго, Во все тяжкие, Доктор Хаус, Теория Лжи, Друзья, Что знает Оливия (хотя это больше к фильмам), Карточный домик, Игра престолов, Ганнибал, Лучше звоните Соулу, Винил и др.

I love the phrase “beauty in the eye of the beholder,” I think in his ears too. It makes no sense to argue about the good and bad genres, each has its own set of values ​​and guidelines in this life, based on which taste preferences are formed.
I could list here a hundred performers, while I would also like to write a whole canvas of text about each of them, but why. The main thing to know is that I love music. Especially on vinyl records, which I have a modest collection in (around five hundred copies), vinyl is one of my special, personal passions.
Another personal musical passion is concerts. I love live music. I love and collect concert recordings of many performers.
If you take a group of all life, then this is Metallica. The famous phrase “Born School Metallica Death” is quite suitable for me, but I'm not a bore metalhead who will be sawing you with his heavy metal around the clock. But, you know, Metallica is a very special love, it is something outside this world, higher and more significant than anything else.
On the other hand, I, for example, listen to Johnny Cash with tears in my eyes and know half of his songs by heart, or I listen to Kendrick Lamar over and over again, so I think you won’t get bored with me in this regard :)

Books stand apart. In childhood and before the 11th grade, I always read the entire school curriculum, and in addition to dozens of stacks of books. Now it’s worse and often more and more professional books or some necessarily useful ones.
