ABOUT ME

I'm a language and culture lover from Colombia who works and likes to be engaged in lots of different activities. Right now I'm trying to adapt an extra room that I have so I can host some travelers. Due to the new normal, I'm learning how to be around my city and rediscovering some areas.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I really like going to new places. But I don't like to be that kind of tourist who just buys pre-arranged bustours and reserves hotels because I feel I'm not getting a deeper understanding of the city's life and atmosphere. And since I don't have many friends all over the world I tried this out and turned out to be just awesome.

Interessen

I enjoy either indoor or outdoor activities. For example, being here I've been hiking, biking (route and off-road), canoeing, playing volleyball, basketball, etc. Also, I'm really interested in arts, music, dancing, cooking, mostly because different peoplehave several ways to express themselves through them.

I try to share my culture mostly through our local food. I like to take people to places they can eat safely and enjoy our cuisine. Also, given that this is a very cold city (a bit too rainy sometimes) Share a cup of coffee or cocoa while chatting the cold away.

I really like to talk about anything, you will find many interesting views on life from the most unexpected people. Well, me, I don't find myself really interesting but I enjoy listening and kind of dancing , it can be salsa or other kinds of music. I enjoy cooking mostly easy but tasty dishes.
