ABOUT ME

I enjoy travelling and being outdoor whenever it's possible. Thats why I started studying biology. However, I stay quite a time in a lab with a white lab coat peering through microscopes in the hope to find anything that could help us to win the fight against cancer and HIV.
I always tried to connect my studyings with my cultural travel-trips and out-dooring desires. I met so many fantastic people while being on my first educational "overseas" experience in Helsinki that I got infected by studying abroad. Two years ago I went to India to study at the University of Hyderabad for 3 months. India has such a tremendous and rich culture that travelling from the southernmost tip to the himalayan mountains can easily take years without getting bored. I had only 3 months time, so that I will defenitely need to come back! Recently I went to another project to the megacity Sao Paulo in Brazil. It was only for 2 months, but also there I got the time to meet interesting and encouraging people.

I always try to include experiences from inspiring moments into my everyday life. These moments have been very diverse and, hence, supporting to see life from a different perspective and exciting new opportunities.
