Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Eat and drink my way through every coast the world has to offer
ABOUT ME
post-graduate breakfast aficionado; bespectacled Brooklyn transplant with a penchant for knit sweaters and all things whimsy; revels in voracious daydreams, opaque paint, Oxford commas; constantly cracking stupid jokes and staring too often at obscure images in the clouds; avid listener; wants to be taken someplace extraordinary
PHILOSOPHY
Guided mainly by gastronomy, bodies of water, and good friends, I believe that no experience is complete without good food, good drink, and good company.
"Another belief of mine; that everyone else my age is an adult, whereas I am merely in disguise." - Margaret Atwood
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm looking for someone to show me the insider's view to food and drink in a new, exciting place, and to hopefully do the same for someone else
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have yet to travel, but have grand plans to do so!
Interests
food and drink of all persuasions, film photography, landscapes, paint, coffee, oceans, aquaria, folk and jazz music
I spend nearly all of my free time with a spatula, pen, or palette knife in hand; otherwise I am walking, exploring, or digging my feet into the sand

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. standing on the shore of Oregon's coast, craggy rock faces behind me and the vast Pacific before
2. the first glimpse of the Manhattan skyline from Brooklyn's eastern waterfront
3. the first time I ever shared a dozen oysters on the half shell and a bottle of champagne with someone
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to cook for you and share a little bit of the expertise I've been crafting (as well as learn what cooking you may have to offer!)
