ABOUT ME
I'm an easy-going person who's eager to meet new people. Above all, it's the personality behind the facade that intrigues me. Important for me to experience life as it is - not on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. Also, I feel that by being less egocentric and paying (even a little) more attention to our environment and the people surrounding us, we could improve our (collective) situation enormously. I'm trying to actively get involved in what's happening around me, get away from the screen and take my life (back) into my own hands.
PHILOSOPHY
-Stay hungry, stay foolish. (Steve Jobbs)
-Fear is no excuse. (Unknown)
-Life, what is it but a dream (Lewis Carroll)
-The very basic core of man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun. (Chris McCandless)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I made my first CS experience back in 2014 when I traveled the BeNeLux countries and I can only report positively about it. So far, I only met generous, welcoming, open-minded and interesting people with which I'm still in touch today. They have a bit become my family of choice now, because I feel that all sharing the experience of traveling and meeting people connects you more deeply than genetics ever could. I joined CS to get a broader, more diverse view on the world and life itself, and with the people I met so far on my travels, these expectations have been exceeded by far.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
