About Me

I'm Alexandra, now i'm living in Milan, but soon i'll be living in New York as an au pair. I definitely love foreign languages, above all Spanish, French and English. One day i would like to speak them as well as my mother tongue.
I'm a girl full of energies who enjoys spending her time with new people from all over the world. I'm really responsible and respectful but also funny and playful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to improve my knowledge about other's cultures, so this is the perfect way to make it and it's also a way to know new people and share my culture with them. It's also useful to visit new places through couch surfing because it could be funnier spending time with local people who could suggest you what visit and what not.

Interests

I really enjoy traveling, reading, watching movies, visiting museums, cooking Italian dishes, taking walks, going out and having fun with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love raggaeton music. But not only, i love music in general, i usually listen to different kinds of music: classical, pop, hip hop, rap, latin, r&b, electronic..
I don't have a favorite movie because each time i see a movie i like i could say it's my favourite, but i really loved watching movies such as " Forrest Gump", "One Day", "Revenant", "The Danish Girl"..
About books: I love the Nicholas Spark's books and i really like reading the books that speaks about history or how people lived during difficult moments such as the book of the history of Anna Frank.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered in Expo 2015 in Milan, it was a great experience that enriched me a lot: i knew lots of people from all over the world.
I made an interchange program with a girl from Spain: it was a great experience that i'll never forget. Her family is like my second family and the same is for her.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll be happy to learn new things about their culture and make lots of new friends.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my culture that it's not only Italian: I have an international family ( my mom is from Moldova and my dad is from Italy). I could share some Italian dishes i'm able to cook ( pizza, lasagne, tiramisu..) and my experiences.

Countries I’ve Visited
