I am an experiential counselling psychologist and LGBT rights activist from Romania. Since 2013, I've been running a support group for LGBT persons in Bucharest, the only one of its kind in my country. I have also worked with heroin users in methadone maintenance treatment and have organized workshops for college and high school students.

Writing has been my life-long passion and I'm currently working towards accomplishing my dream of having a novel published.

My love for travel stems from a deep sense of wonder related to the world we live in. I am interested in the cultural history of the places I visit and in understanding the local culture through the eyes of the locals.

Travelling is an amazing way to experience in the most direct way the things, the places and the people I've read about since I was a child and I was fawning over such books as Jules Verne's "Around The World in 80 Days" and many more of its kind.

I'm quite passionate about space travel, so I'm looking forward to the day we'll be able to couchsurf to the Moon and to Mars... but, until then, I'm going to explore our Blue Planet as much as possible and enjoy its sights, beauties and people.
