I am Alex, I am 28 years old and I am from France.
I currently live in Capitol Hill teaching French.

I enjoy travelling, meeting new people, learning about everything and anything and simply enjoying life.
I also like sports (soccer, basketball and hockey) photography, reading and cooking.

I am an easy going and respectful person. I just live day by day and travel as much as I can !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people while traveling and a friend recommended Couchsurfing so here I am, giving it a try!
As an au pair I used to live with a host family and I think it's the best way to discover a different culture and get to know people.

Couchsurfing it's kind of the same thing, I used AirBnB a lot and I really enjoyed to meet and get to know the people who hosted me.
Chat, have a drink, cook, hang out in the city, I am always down to see and try new things.

I like that Couchsurfing it's about helping each other and share travel stories and experiences. I am interesting in the social and cultural exchange and I am looking forward to meet you!

Unfortunately, I can not host at the moment but I would love to when I have a room to offer.
I am in to meet up and hang out in Denver.

Interests

Like a lot of people here I like to travel and explore. I lived three years in Seattle and Denver. I have visited few states in US and I have been to Canada, England, Belgium Luxemburg, Greece, Switzerland and Australia.
I enjoy cooking especially baking all type of cakes!
Hiking and yoga a lot and running when I am not too lazy. I am always at concerts and festivals and I like to spend hours outside to walk, explore and go with the flow.
Photography is my recent new hobby.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have eclectic taste in music, I like rock, classic rock, acoustic music and any melody that can make me in a good dancing mood.

I enjoy drama, travel, history and documentary movies. I could also enjoy a good comedy movie.

I read all kind of books :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling, it's the best thing I have done so far!
But there is so many countries I haven't seen yet.

Visiting the Grand Canyon in Arizona was an unforgettable memory.
