Overview
About Me
I'm a Slovak-Italian girl with a great passion for travelling.
I love discovering new cultures and being in touch with people from all around the world. Also I really love walking, could do
it for hours and hours, above all if surrounded by nature or interesting architecture.
At the moment I'm living in Vilnius, volunteering with refugees and asylum seekers.
I always try to meet people from all around the world, just to get in contact with different perspectives and interesting minds and thoughts that can be inspiring.
I could describe myself as an open-minded wanderer, a passionate back-packer and someone that is looking for beauty around her all the time, both in art and in people.
I'm a sociable person for most of the time, even if sometimes I just like to stay on my own and wonder about things. That's where, maybe, my more philosophical-analytical part comes.
I'm an amateur photographer, above all during my travels. I try to catch the hidden beauty of things in my pictures, or express my thoughts through writing, above all poetry.
Human rights and intersectional feminism are also a consistent part of my life and my activism. Some people say I am very polemic, I disagree.
I love photography, foreign cultures, books, languages, poetry, hiking, climbing, meditation, puzzles and eningma, and cakes. I love people and discovering the genuine humanity that you can often find in them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For proving to the world that the ideal of sharing is not an utopia and experience how nice humanity can be.
Interests
I'm kind of passionate of everything that concerns culture in the large sense and foreign cultures. I like discovering different points of view on the world and share mine. The kind of conversations I really appreciated are the challenging ones, usually concerning politics, philosophy, literature or just the world we live in.
I'm particularly fond of literature and poetry (writing some sometimes), I appreciated long walks, interesting/unconventional people, nice music, concerts, museums, art.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love especially rock, folk and post-punk music, but also jazz and blues, and sometimes a peaceful piano is all I need.
I love too many books to list them, and poetry in particular. Among my favourite authors are Pessoa, Kundera, Ulickaja, Saramago, Murakami, Cortazar, and many others
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moved between 6 different countries in the last 6 years, and still not knowing where to put roots
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm open to learn everything you could teach me about life, about the world. I'll try to do the same
What I Can Share with Hosts
