I am a visual artist working in textile and installation. I run groups for artists and creatives who want to explore embodiment. I also do individual sessions in therapy and coaching with clients. I live in a cabin on a beautiful property. I enjoy living in nature while I love visiting culturally effusive cities.

I'm loving the book "Women's Work" right now, by Elizabeth Wayland Barber. Also, Murray Schafer's book on soundscapes. Soon I will not need to read books related to my thesis and can have a life of other things!!
