I'm usually a high energy person who loves to laugh and have fun. Yet, I take my work very seriously and love to engage in sociology-political conversations. I'm diverse and love to hear stories from people of all walks of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about Couchsurfing from a few friends and thought I'd try it out. I've had great experiences and intend to continue. I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures or geographical locations. I also love showing people a good time.

Interests

If I'm not working on my PhD (medical sociology with statistics emphasis) or exercising (dance, weight training), I'm spending time with friends/family, enjoying a new restaurant or Tallahassee nightlife, or traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

You'll most often find me listening to hip hop and EDM, but I love all types of music especially anything local. I do not watch movies often but like psycho-thrillers such as requiem for a dream and crime-related movies such as Wolf on Wall Street. All my time spent reading is for school and consists of peer-reviewed research. Although, I do try to read the New York Times daily.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took a 4 day trek on the Inca Trail ending at Machu Picchu.
