People say I’m a good listener. Naturally quite introverted. I love the energy of extroverts, and also enjoy the company of other quiet and contemplative types.

I’d like to connect with interesting people. I’m thinking about surfing around Europe, possibly Asia. I have a house with a spare room for a couple of months before I hit the road.

I finished reading “Goodbye, things” and tempted to become a minimalist nomad. I’m heavily influenced by whatever book I’m currently reading, then completely shift with the next one I read.

I’m into gentler music like folk and trip hop. I like covers of old familiar rock/pop songs too. Lately I’ve been enjoying a Pink Floyd cover, “wish you were here”, by Rosemary Standley and Dom La Niña. The Spotify algorithm usually keeps me right!

I love the film Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter… and Spring Again. Anything thought provoking with a twist makes me happy. I enjoy Black Mirror.

Went to India (Varkala) to do yoga teacher training in January. I’m still glowing from the experience!

I am a newly qualified yoga teacher (ashtanga and hatha) - be my guinneapig? I can also teach how to use most of the Adobe suite. I’m curious to learn acro and kundalini yoga. I worked in higher education, sustainability and communications for 10 years, so might have something to share from that too.
