My name is Alexandra, I'm a canadian and I'm 20 years old. I'm in law school in University of Sherbrooke in Quebec. I'm a positive person, I like to enjoy small thing in life. I really like meeting people and I would love to know more about the world. I specially want to improve my english because it will be usefull in my futur career.

I love to travel and doing sightseeing. I'm a swimmer and a lifeguard, so I really enjoy being outside.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm planning on doing a trip in Portugal with one of my friend from may to august. We really want to know more about the country and to know from the locals citizens the best places to see and visit. We are two sociable person and we like meeting people. We love open-air activities, like bike, rollerblade, swimming, we also want to learn surfing.

The concept of Couchsurfing attracted us because it allows to meet people that are willing to show us their beautiful country and their favorite places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Four years ago I went on a trip with school to Italy. I visited Venice, Sienna, Fiorenzie and Rome. I really enjoyed it! Pasta and pizza were really good. I talk spanish so I tried to talk with an italian and I fast realized spanish and italian were not that alike. But at least it was funny trying to talk with someone in two different languages.

I can try showing you talking french. We could learn from each other things associated to our country and life habits. I'm also a swimming teacher so I can give some advice if needed.
