Overview
About Me
I'm journeying around the country in my 1980 westy visiting beautiful parks, intentional communities, and the homes of many many generous locals. Im traveling solo with my kitten companion! I'm writing about my experiences to share with the world at www.writeyourownstory.blog. I've had a hell of an experience so far and I'm no where near finished !
Update! My old westy broke down, but I have not given up! I have built a fully contained wooden truck camper to finish my travels in (: Looking forward to new adventures with new couch surfers and hosts along the way!

Music, Movies, and Books
Regga, jam bands, and rock music
I love learning and read about all sorts of things that interest me... science, magic, philosophy, poetry, nature, and music are just a few.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've swam with wild manatees in Florida, thrown beads from a balcony at Mardi Gras in Louisiana, kayaked an ice field and hiked a glacier in Alaska, hiked a mountain peak in Colorado, ventured into beautiful caves in Missouri, camped in the nothingness of Kansas, danced in a traditional Native American pow wow in Mississippi, skinny dipped natural hot springs and bombed out on the sand with a truck in Oregon, volunteered with indigenous artisans in Mexico, two-stepped in Texas, visited with giant redwoods in Cali, and so so much more.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a dancer and an aerial artist and I love teaching and sharing my art. I'm also a medicinal herbalist and enjoy sharing medicine with friends and family. I am learning keyboard, jewelry making and wood burning in my free time.
