I am active and wild. I am adventurous and like pushing the rules a little. I always want to see more of a place. I would say I'm pretty easy going and helpful when it comes to new things for other people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had stayed with my first CS host in Jan of 2013 and had a grand old time. I surfed around South America. Now that I am home for a bit, I hope to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had mostly good experiences. There was the occasional host who flaked out and didn't pick up the phone when I was supposed to be arriving or accepted me on CS but then didn't follow up. Just be respectful and respond. A simple 'no' will do.

I try to go rock-climbing as often as possible, play sports or just run. I love dancing of all types: from Latin to African, from swing to hip hop. I'm not a pro at any, but as long as I'm moving around I enjoy myself. This goes for parties too; if there's no dancing, it's not a party. I play the ukulele, also not well. If you can't tell, I'm a jack-of-all-trades kind of person. I am learning my fourth language while living here in Brasil. Bio jokes may expose my true nerdy self.

I climbed two tall mountains/volcanoes in Bolivia and Ecuador. One was with the help of a full moon. I loved the Cordillera Blanca of Peru and can't wait to return. Stunning!
