I am crazy, fun, adventurous, goofy, talkative, loving, and open-minded. I love being outside, visiting crazy awesome places, sharing experiences, reading, dancing and learning. :)

I also love to listen to people share their stories-- whether it be their epic adventure or just about their day. But be careful, because I am quite the talker myself. :)

I've recently finished my Masters in Ethnomusicology (Music of North and East Africa) and now I work in a world music magazine. Love it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had lots of lovely people stay at my apartment in Portland, but I'm hoping to start doing some of my own surfing shortly!

I love pretty much all music.

I love to read about places I haven't been, whether it be a fantastic place, historic time period, or an exotic land.

It's hard to pin down what I love for movies. I sometimes enjoy a stupid, funny movie, other days I prefer a thought provoking film.
