We are a couple (Alexandra and Alberto) with our little daughter (Chloe) that love travelling and meeting new people from all over the world.
Currently, we are living in Barcelona after having lived in England nearly for 4 years. That was an incredible experience and we realised that there are many more places that we want to visit and lots of people and cultures that we want to learn from.

Both of us decided to go to England after having finished our first University degree and not being very happy with our jobs. We thought that it would be good for improving our English and for living an "adventure" and it was better than we thought! We met lots of people, from many places around the world, we learnt about their life styles; and we became aware of how much we love travelling and meeting people.

Two years after that experience in England, we are settled back to our home in Spain with a georgous one year old girl. We want to keep travelling and show many place to Chloe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We think that meeting local people is the best way to learn about countries and its cultures, and we really prefer to experience that than just to visit touristic places full of people. For that reason, we think that Couchsurfing is a very interesting idea.
We had some really good experiencies using couchsurfing. The last two were in Thailand when we had a two month backpacking trip.
At the moment, we don't have an own house to share with people from all around the world but we'll definitely let you know when we do!

Interests

As we are using this website you can guess that we love travelling and meeting people from different cultures. We like to arrive to a place and live with local people, so we can get to know their ways of life. We'll enjoy just chatting with you, cocking with you or for you!, having a drink, doing some shopping or sightseeing with you.
We are interested in photography (we want to practice during travelling) and we enjoy reading (many different styles).
Also, Alberto is interested in business oportunities as much as I am in teaching. And we really enjoy teaching Spanish or helping to improve it.

Music, Movies, and Books

We like many kind of music, movies and books, so it would be difficult to write just a few...
Alberto likes historic novels and fiction books while Alexandra loves tv series such as Game of thrones or Breaking Bad. However, currently with our little one year old dauthger we do not have much time for watching tv... hahaha

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing think we've ever done was living in England (UK) for nearly 4 years. We have learnt a lot about the country and its people but, also, a two month backpacking trip around Thailand was incredible.
