I have been working hard to save money to enjoy my year of adventures in Australia, I'm traveling with my girlfriend Fran. I graduated from university in 2013 where I studied psychology with creative writing (it sounds much cooler than it actually was). I like to think I'm pretty fun (a trait from the city I'm from) and easy to get along with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see the areas we're traveling, away from the beaten track. I love meeting new people, learning about them and their lives.

Plus, I love dogs so if there is a chance to meet some new pets, I'm in!

Interests

My interests are generally the typical ones which everyone shares. I like to read, watch TV and films and talking to people. I am some what of a nerd so learning new things is always good (helps you look smarter at pub quizzes).

I'm also a little sporty, though very bad at almost all sports I will happily take part and entertain others with my hilarious attempts at athleticism.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite film is probably Kill Bill, but I also love comedies and a good old romcom! I'm pretty easy with films, though I don't love horrors!

I am reading Jo Nesbo now and eagerly awaiting the new Justin Cronin book due for release very soon. Any and all books are good.

Music; again pretty easy though I have a soft spot for Scottish Rock (who doesn't?!) and folk but I love to dance so upbeat is also on my list.

I've snorkeled and surfed even though I can't really swim.
