CURRENT MISSION

To build a GIANT Hurdy Gurdy that I can walk into and play 'inside'.

About me:

I am a motivated musician, sound engineer, and chef! I love to make and eat delicious foods, read manga, and make stencil artwork and plushies. I'm fairly easy going, but usually like to keep active. I am currently attempting to apply for work in the UK which means I can't settle myself back in the USA (where I am from), which is why couchsurfing is a must!
I'm happy-go-lucky and am a hoot to be around (well, I like to think so anyhow), so no matter where I go, it is a party!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in life..... and all of the cheese it gives me. :D I'm currently a couch surfer because I need to be. I plan on becoming a host once I have moved into my house. :)

Interests

I play music, watch tv (Anime, Wes Anderson films, Supernatural, things like that...), read books, play the piano (when I have one), write, draw, go on walks, the normal things.... I game... I play Portal and Hearthstone, and boardgames are cool too.

Movies: Brothers Bloom, Mirrormask, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Avengers, Blade, Chucky's Bride, and any horror films.

Music: Danger Mouse! Tool, Foo Foo Fighters, Dead Weather, Jack White, Sigur Ros, Soley, Of Monsters and Men, The Phenomenauts, Mars Volta, Mad Caddies, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Modest Mouse, Korn, Gorillaz, and loads of others....

Books: The Fountainhead, All of the Dresden Files books, a lot of manga: Pandora Hearts, Meru Puri, Alice the 101st just to name a few. back to books: The Looking Glass Wars trilogy because I'm obsessed with ANYTHING Alice in Wonderland related. Yes that would included Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, Anything and everything Neil Gaiman (especially like the Sandman series though) and loads of others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ate pizza with the band Incubus..... :/ I was about 5 who can say no to a 5 year old?!?!?! :D

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the basics of piano, violin, singing, and how to appreciate film score. :)
